Cinnamon Pancakes With Berries & Cottage Cheese

Bahan-Bahan:

Bahan Kering:

  • Quaker Oatmeal 105 g
  • Bubuk Whey Protein 72 g
  • 1 1/2 sdt Baking Powder
  • 1/2 sdt Bubuk Kayu Manis
  • Tropicana Slim (tidak harus)

Bahan Basah:

  • Putih Telur 4 pcs
  • Susu Rendah Lemak 120 ml
  • Yoghurt Plain 120 ml

Cara Pembuatan:

-Pisahkan terlebih dahulu bahan basah dan bahan kering kedalam wadah masing-masing

-Kemudian campurkan bahan kering ke bahan basah

-Setelah bercampur, masak pancake dalam wajan anti lengket

-Siapkan cottage cheese dalam wadah kecil

-Untuk dressing bisa diberikan potongan buah sesuai selera
